A compliance matrix converts bid, solicitation, owner, or project requirements into a visible map of obligations, documents, deadlines, response locations, and responsibility owners.
Why it matters
Bids fail when reps, certs, attachments, FAR clauses, or section instructions slip silently through the package. The matrix forces every requirement to become visible work.
